Louisiana Wildlife was the theme for this year’s annual Greening at the Louisiana State Exhibit Museum. We made some paper alligators<\/a> and gave them some festive origami Santa hats for our ornaments this year. I don’t have an art club this year like I have in the past so instead we drew names from a hat to decide who got to go on the field trip. Students were even able to earn extra chances by displaying good behavior in class!<\/p>\n

Once there we went straight into the skit which you can read more about here<\/a>. After the skit we decorated our tree and then played some quiet games while waiting our turn in the craft station. I love this trip every year its so exciting to see how all the other teachers and students interpret the theme and how all the trees come together.<\/p>\n
